Payment and delivery

This English translation is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Ukrainian version, the Ukrainian version prevails.

Payment

You pay online by bank card through monobank when you place the order.

Delivery

• Nova Poshta — to a branch, a parcel locker or by courier to your address. Orders paid before 18:00 Kyiv time ship the same day; later orders ship the next day.
• Ukrposhta — to the branch with the postcode you give. We send it on the next Ukrposhta working day after the day you place the order.
• Taxi in Kyiv — 09:00 to 22:00; dispatched within an hour of payment.

Delivery cost

The recipient pays for delivery at the carrier’s rates. For print orders from 1000 UAH, Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta delivery is free — the seller pays for it. Taxi delivery is always paid at the carrier’s rate.
