Privacy policy

This English translation is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Ukrainian version, the Ukrainian version prevails. It is a standard privacy policy template prepared for print.biz.ua; a legal review of the text is recommended before publishing it for real customers.

1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy sets out how the personal data of users of the print.biz.ua website (the “Website”), owned by Sole proprietor Nazaruk (ФОП Назарук) (tax ID 3230312379) (the “Provider”), is collected, used, stored and protected. By using the Website, the user agrees to the terms of this Policy.

2. What data we collect

  • The recipient’s first and last name;
  • A phone number — for contact, delivery and access to the order’s details on its status page;
  • Delivery details, depending on the method chosen: the city and Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker; the address for Nova Poshta courier delivery (street, building, apartment); the city and postcode of the Ukrposhta branch; the taxi delivery address in Kyiv;
  • Document files uploaded for printing (file contents, file name, number of pages) and the chosen print options;
  • Technical information needed to process the order (for example, the checkout session identifier).

The Website never receives or stores card details: they are entered on monobank’s payment page.

3. Purpose of processing personal data

Personal data is processed solely to calculate the printing price, place and pay for the order, arrange delivery by the chosen method (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta or taxi in Kyiv), give access to the order’s status and details, contact the customer about their order, and comply with the laws of Ukraine.

4. Data protection

All data travels between the user’s browser and the Website’s servers only over a secure connection (TLS encryption) and is stored encrypted. The order number alone shows only the order’s status; its contents, delivery address, recipient details and tracking number are shown only after the phone number given in the order is entered, and the number of attempts is limited. Only authorised staff who need it to fulfil an order have access to uploaded documents and customers’ personal data.

5. Storing and deleting document files

Uploaded document files are kept only as long as needed to calculate the price and print the order. After an order ships, its files are deleted automatically no later than 7 days after the shipping date. If an order is not paid, its files are deleted no later than 1 day later. Data about the order itself (contents, price, payment status, tracking number) is kept longer, for accounting and customer support. The first-page preview of a document is made in the user’s browser; the file is not sent anywhere for it.

6. Sharing data with third parties

  • The carrier chosen for delivery — Nova Poshta LLC, JSC Ukrposhta or the taxi service — receives the recipient’s name and phone number and the delivery details.
  • The monobank payment service (JSC Universal Bank) receives the order number and amount to take payment.
  • Data is stored on the servers of the hosting provider Amazon Web Services in its Frankfurt data centre (European Union), which processes it only on the Provider’s behalf.
  • Google receives the number and amount of a paid order to measure how well advertising works (see section 7).

Names, phone numbers, delivery details and document files are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes without the user’s separate consent.

7. Cookies and advertising measurement

The Website uses Google services: Google Analytics to measure traffic (how many people visit and which pages they view) in order to improve the Website, and Google Ads to measure how many orders our advertising brings in. Google sets its own cookies for this. Once a payment is confirmed, the Website tells Google the order number and the amount paid; Google does not receive names, phone numbers, delivery details or document files. This data is not used to personalise ads or to show ads again to the same visitor.

The Website sets no cookies of its own. An unfinished checkout is kept only in the open page and is gone once the page is closed. Until a payment is confirmed, the browser remembers only the order number and amount (for no more than two days), so the payment can be reported even if it was completed in the bank’s app.

8. User rights

Under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, the user has the right to receive information about their personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw consent to its processing. Requests about personal data can be sent to oleks.nsh@gmail.com.
